Starting an S-Corporation
I am planning to start my S-Corporation with my fiancee, a US citizen as the President, I have an EAD and a pending I-140 and I-485. Can I become a shareholder in the S-Corporation or do I have to wait until I get my GC? If I work for my company and draw a very high salary with the President not drawing any salary will that be an issue and do I need AC21 for me to do any of this?
