The story goes like this.There is a boy named ramu.he is studying 1st year engineering in india.one day he comes across this website.

He bacomes interested in knowing that anyone can start and run a Nevada LLC from india and also get Employer Identification number and bank account.
With whatever savings he has, he starts "Indian company LLC".He opens a back account in Wells Fargo.

His idea is to sell books online through Ebay.com and amazon.com.He sets up a website Indiancompanyllc.com and asks all his friends and relatives in USA to donate books.he opens an brokerage account at www.optionsxpress.com to manage his cash flow and to get a good rate of return.
He uses Fedex.com to deliver his books to customers.Every year files for taxes using www.turbotax.com.

pretty soon, he ventures into other areas and has suppliers who supply him in wholsesale and he sells retail.Now indian company LLC is earning around $100,000 a year and our hero is in 4rth year engineering.He figures he should go for MBA and applies and gets admission in university of michigan and also gets a F1 visa.

On the day of his flight he takes his stuff and his trusted laptop with wifi connectivity.When his flight lands in london, he opens his website and finds 100 orders from customers.with a click of his mouse he passes these orders to his suppliers who will ship them directly from their warehouse.He also checks his stocks and options and finds he made $5000 today on his GOOGLE call option.pretty satisfied, he resumes his journey and lands in detroit.everything goes well and he enrolls in his school, finds an apartment.

In the evening he comes home and opens his laptop and tries to pass his customers orders to his suppliers.His roommate someone like Mr.**** runs and tackles him shouting,"NO,NO ITS ILLEGAL TO WORK WITHOUT WORK AUTHORIZATION".

Now,folks how do we end our story.It wasnt illegal to to do this in india.it wasnt illegal to this in london.now,should our friend give up his thriving business just because he is a F1 now?.Or should he risk hiring someone who has work authorization and show him all his secrets?.
