Mr.****
You obviously are not in a situation where you are seeking advice. You are giving advice and that too for free. You are hanging around this forum like your mission is to stop people from starting a company on H1 and ruining their greencard process.

You seem to have a lot of time to do this.may i ask why are you spending so much time into this?.You say you are not a lawyer nor you pretend to be one.
I am curious to know what are you.what makes you an authority to give advices in such a confident manner.Because when a confident man gives an advice, even though its wrong people belive it.

You use strong words like terrorists, deportation to instill fear into people so that they give up, why?. Is it to justify your own fear?.I suspect you had a problem with your greencard process and hence this irrational fear. If your intention is to help people find the right way and stay out of trouble, then dont tell them what to do or what not to do.Just share your story and let people derive their own conclusions from it.That will be a big help for people who are torn between choosing their dreams and managing their fears.

The guys who are seeking answers here will take good from your story and avoid the bad part.Wont it make you happy if people benefitted from your story?.

Please dont use fowl language and argue.I am just trying to point out that the use of your words like deportation is scaring good people from taking that first step.

Thanks for your kind reply.I knew you would react this way.I just wanted it to record on this message board so people would know your personality.
Guys, you can see for yourselves, this **** is not a matured professional who has peoples best interests in mind.Obviously, he is suffering from internal issues.Otherwise, he would have shared his story with us.So,just because his advice is free, doesnot mean its good. Its pure and simple logic, succesful and knowledgable people dont hang around messageboards.they go out there and do things.Taking advice from these people who hang around all day here could turn very expensive.

I still say, what he says about working without authorization is illegal. But that does not mean you should give up the whole idea and depend on a job your whole life or until you ge greencard.Fear is one emotion that can paralyze us and this **** is terrorizing people on this messageboard with his handy usage of the word 'Deportation'.I think he should encourage people who come here towards seeking better advice instead of making them give up.

Get motivated from people like Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Be realists, learn to manage the risks instead of avoiding them altogther. You know,i read somewhere that 70,000 millionares were created in india last year. There are kids who are becoming millionares here.we, who have come here are being left in the middle, Not by the US Govt, Not by the Indian Govt, BUT BECAUSE OF OUR FEARS.Fear of losing job, security, money, greencard, whatever it is. Fight the fear and your will never have to blame the greencard process or monthly income etc.

I will not hang around this messageboard much longer, because i got go and kick some A** Greencard or No Greencard.
