Coz, my situation is I got H1 for 4 yrs, my employer is giving just 65 - 35, IF I go and join that company i may save atleast 20 - 25% .

In US lot of ppl are there like me...

I don't think that is not a prob running in an appartment complex. They may run office and Guest House at the same place.

I heard our Indian people are running their offices at home/appartments only.

and do u know abt cybersoft, he got plenty of offices and good office buildings and employess. they charged lot of money for pre-apprevoed labor.
Now all GC are rejecting from their Company.

Nothing wrong in having a home office..
If you are interested.. just go for it.. why are you advocating for them?
