H1B transfer question

Hi,

I have a tricky situation here. I came to the US on an H1 Visa from company A in July 2000. Company A renewed the H1 at the end of 3 yrs in July 2003 which was approved until 2006 July.

In Oct 2003 I moved jobs to Company B they applied for an H1 transfer which is again valid until July 2006, i worked with company B until 2005 September. Now I have moved back to Company A for some personal reasons in Oct 2005, My question

1) Do i need to transfer my H1 again from Company B back to Company A or does my Company A H1 that was renewed in 2003 July with the validity till July 2006 still Hold.

Does the visa transfer to Company B nullify my H1 renewal from Company A

Would appreciate your input in the matter.
