Opening a business on h4
Hello,
I am interested in opening an LLC. I am in my 7th year of H4 extension. I have an American friend who has agreed to fill the role of CEO if I establish a company. I have couple of questions 1. How do I make her the CEO of my company(since i am not permitted to work)? 2. My friend is ready to work free of cost for my company,(since she is the owner of her own company). Is such a setup possible. (If i cannot open a company on H4 my husband is ready to help me out with it since his is on his H1 and I think he can open a business on H1) Thanks
