Is C Corp a better option....URGENT!!!

Hi All,
Is C Corp a better option on H-1?
Apart from double tax thing, is there anything that is not in favor of C Corp?
Can someone on H-1 have C Corp?
Is there any advantage of registering the company (C Corp) in Delaware or Nevada?

Please advice

Thanks

some issues can't jut be answered, really depends on different scenarios. Some cases C corp is certainly advantageous than a S corp.
