Is C Corp a better option....URGENT!!!
Hi All,
Is C Corp a better option on H-1? Apart from double tax thing, is there anything that is not in favor of C Corp? Can someone on H-1 have C Corp? Is there any advantage of registering the company (C Corp) in Delaware or Nevada? Please advice Thanks

Yes Apart from double tax thing, is there anything that is not in favor of C Corp? some issues can't jut be answered, really depends on different scenarios. Some cases C corp is certainly advantageous than a S corp. Can someone on H-1 have C Corp? You can certainly be a shareholder of a c- corp Is there any advantage of registering the company (C Corp) in Delaware or Nevada? Well where you register your company depends onvarious factors. I hope this helps.
