Hi all,
I completed my masters in the US and now I'm on OPT. I got married to a guy who is a US citizen about 8 months back and I didnt file my papers (I'm glad I didn't). as our marriage is not working out properly I we are going to get a divorce. I have applied for my H1b and waiting for approval. In my papers for H1 b I showed my marraige status as single as I havent filed the marriage papers with the INS. Will this create a problem for my H1 approval?? please help. I'm so worried ![]() Thanks. Sushmita. |
