Sponsor for H-1 with a New Company
Guys,
I have been working on 1099 for the last 8 years, and I have sufficent income on my income tax returns. Now, I am thinking of incorporating a company. Can I sponsor some one for a H-1 thru my new corporation. Since the corporation is new, there is no income in the company. But I do have projects in hand that will bring in sufficient income. Can I sponsor for a H-1? Really appreciate a quick response. Ciao
