Is Pay stubs necessary for H1B extension
I am going to apply for H1B extension I129 for eight year.
1) Do we have to send recent paystubs. Is this must? 2) My labour and I-140 is approved. My 485 is pending. So what proof I have when the extension I129 for H1 is filed? 3) I have the A# so should I fill it in the form? PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
