Filing for Parents GC, How to file for GC for their 13 years old adopted kid

Hi:

I will be getting my Citizenship within few weeks. Could you please help me on:

How to file for GC for parent's 13 year old adopted kid?

Can't my parents apply for GC for the adopted kid (who is 13) at the time of their interview at the consulate?

Unfortunately no. He won't be able to get GC with your parents. Your parents will have to file for him as a son of a GC holder. It will take long time. This kind of cases has been discussed before. Search thru forum.
