Invest/Start/Run business on 2nd H1B. Can I file for GC?

Hi,

I am currently employed full time by my employer on a H1B visa. I want to start and run my own business. I understand that I can currently only be a passive investor. So I intend to file for another H1B visa for operating my company. If I'm not mistaken, I can work part time on a H1B. If my business picks up, I want to quit my day job. In that case will I be able to file for GC through my own company? My understanding is that it won't be possible as I am an investor in the compnay.
Does that mean that my best option will be to wait till I receive my GC through my first job and then devot my attention full time towards my company?

One more question - Can I qualify for an SBA loan or other type of loans to finance my venture while I am on a H1B visa?
