Interesting USCIS Annual Report
Most of the forum members might have read this report. It is interesting to read in the view of visa regression. It reports that DOS establish cutoff date based on rate of 485 approvals in the current FY, not by the number of pending cases. Interesting? Analysts! post your thoughts how the direction visa numbers might move ---> or <---- in future.
