Any issues with 2001 approved EB2 labor
Hi,
Can any of you please tell me if there will be any issues if I use a 2001 EB2 labor for substitution. If the labor is so old will INS send it for revalidation. I need to decide on this before this weekend so that we can file this before Oct 1st, 2005. Thanks for all your replies.
