Question Re: memorandum on Priority Date Retrogression
Hi
I have a question based on the memorandum which Mr. Khanna wrote in regards to Priority Date Retrogression. If company A files GC under RIR- EB3 for an employee and the employee switches job to Company B which also files Green Card RIR- EB3, but under different Job tile...if Company A's labor gets approved and the I-140 is filed and is also approved, can the priority date of company A be used for GC processing in Company B?
