Retrogression on EB2; Effect on I485
Hi,
Does this Retrogression affect EB2 category. If True what is the date? My labor was apllied in June 2001. I140/I485 applied Apr 7, 2004. I140 has been approved (Feb2005). Finger Printing done May 2005. Could someone tell me what my priority date is? Is it my labor application's ND? Any help? Comments? Thanks in advance.
