EAD Job change
My I-140 approved, 485 filed, EAD issued Oct,2004. Labor Priority Mar, 2004. I am planning to switch jobs. Should the new employer file for h-1 extension or can i continue with the EAD. What does the AC21 ruling say, with regard to job switching. If i am laid off by my new employer do i have option to look for another job or My 485 processing stops.
