****..please help
I am a novoice when it comes to opening a company and running it, I have read your invaluable advice in this forum. I would appreciate if yo can help me.
I have recently incorporated a company for doing internet business. Q1) This company is a S-Corp and currently I am the sole owner of this company. How can I add another owner to this company. Q2) This company is incoroporated to do internet business,but can I also do consulting like Corp-To-Corp? Thanks In-Delema
