Nee info about EB3 Non RIR Labor

Hello,

I have file a None RIR EB3 labor in Austin Texas. THe date it was received by Texas workforce commision was Oct 2001. IT basically stayed there untouched until August 10, 2005. This is the date when it was sent to backlog center in Dallas.

I have heard that all the cases for that time frame were already sent to backlog center and were either processed or being processed. My case either got lost or just never made to backlog center. I have yet to receive a 45 day letter.

Is there anyone else, who may be in the ame situation as I am. Is this odd that the case was sent to backlog center this late. As of today, the DOL has not asked us for advertisement or anything. I have tried my hardest to contact DOL in regards to this case, but no response. My company has tried and they are unsuccessful. My lawyer assistance tells me that this is a waiting game. You will never be able to hear from them.

I am already on my 7th year. I am ready to apply for my 8th year in December. I need a proof that this case is DOL. I have tried to send them email to get a copy, but am not very successful.

So please share your thaughts.

THanks!

Hi, I am not that knowledge-able on the BEC thing, but just want to say that IMO, you can get your 8th yr ext with the same proof as for your 7th yr. ext.
