Business on EAD for dependant
My wife is starting a company on EAD, Need some help with the following queries
1. What type of corp should we open, LLC or Corp(and which Corp 'S' or something else) from immigration/tax/protecting personal assets point of view 2. How do we go about opening a company and getting the EIN/Tax id no, where do we have to go to do the same? I would really appreciate if someone could reply to this we would like to do this on thursday.
