Choosing Perm EB2 over mar2005 EB3??

Hi there,
My Labor was applied in the closing hours of RIR, i.e MAr 2005 in EB3,

IS it worth going for all new Eb2 under perm loosing the above date.
it would take another 4-5 months if i decide to go for new Eb2 to file,
And I have 3 more years on H1

CAn some one advise me?

Seems to me like you got nothing to lose... You can start the new LC process under EB-2 (of course you'll have to prove that your job requires MA and pay you higher salary accordingly...) and if you get that approved with PERM (may go very fast) you can then consider whether to file new I-140 based on the new LC (if EB-2 visas are current) or stay with the old filing and PD. In other words - you don't need to withdraw and lose your original PD until you get your new LC approved and then decide what to do...
