Future wife to file I-485 using follow to join
I filed my I485 and got EAD and AP (EB3 category). I am planing to get married in near future. Since I am still in h1b status I can bring here using h4 visa. My question is once she enter the US, can we file for her I-485 immediately or wait till my priority date (04/01/2005) becomes current. In case I want to wait, as per current situation (EB3 retro) it may atleast take 2-3 years for my PD to become current. So till then I should be in h1b status so that my wife can also maintain her h4 till filing her 485 and getting EAD. Please give some suggestion in this regard.
