H-1B Processing time is over
Can pls any1 help me? My H-1B petition is filled in April 2005, The stipulated time for processing the petition is 90 to 150 days so its more than 150 days now.
Did any1 experience the same? Is this common for INS to take longer than stipulated time? Pls help me how should I proceed? Thanks
