I 485 Cross changeability and EB2

Dear all,

I would like to know if I 485 cross-chageability rules apply for EB2 applicants.
Someone mentioned this was only for EB-3 applicants. Is that true ?

No,it's applicable to all provided that you are elligible.. Your spouse has to be born in the non-retro countries.. not merely a citizen.

Thanks for your message.

My spouse was born in a country not affected by retro.

My I-140 is approved (EB2 NIW, TSC Sept 2005) and waiting for I-485.
Have done FP.

From now, on I will post on the other thread for cross-chargeability.
