I485 for my wife

Hi,

Here is my scenario:

1. I filed my I140 in NIW and received RFE.
2. I filed RFE begining of September 2005.
3. Retrogression starts on October 1st 2005.
4. I am getting married in November 2005.
5. With me filing I485 I would get my advance parole and would be safe from layoffs
6. My wife coming here in December may go out of status if I get my greencard before her dates become current.


I would appreciate if some one could please answer these questions:

1. Should I file my I485 now or wait for the dates to become current again after the retrogression?
2. Is there a way I can file for my wifes I485 during retrogression as an add on to my application.

Any advice in this regard would be really appreciated.
