How long will by I-485 take now?
Hello friends,
I am new to this forum. I have L1-A visa. I filed my I-140 in Dec 2004 and got approval in June 2005. I filed for my I-485 in June 22, 2005 and have recieved my EAD and AP. My finger printing is still pending. How will Retrogression effect me? What is my priority date? I first came to USA in 1997 but had to leave in 2002 when my company cancelled my labour. But that is history now. Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks Singh

If you have EAD then you are okay till the I-485 gets approved. MDGUTS1307
