Want to start LLC in NY! Currently on H1B
Dear **** and other Gurus,
I am currently on H1B and want to start an LLC in New York State. After reading some of the related threads I found out that if I start LLC now, I can invest in/own it but INS rules would not allow such thing unless I hire someone to work as a director/CEO. RIGHT??? Second situation - Lets assume I have got my EAD but my I-485 is still pending. May I avail all the benefits of starting/working for my own company being on EAD. Is there any added benefit of starting an LLC after I-485 approval (getting GC in hand)??? Many Thanks. CoG
