H1 Transfer processing date

Friends,

Last month my company has applied for H1 Transfer(i-129) ..is anybody has idea when it can be expected ? or current processing date..

Did you get a receipt notice? How long did it take to get it?
Did you start working for your new employer, and if so did you wait for the receipt notice before doing that?
My layer advises me to not stop working at my present job until we get the receipt notice from the CIS. This is presenting difficulties with the new employer because I don’t know how long it will be before I can start.
