Question H1B status Message

All,

I filed for a new H1B at VSC and have a receipt date of May 2nd.
I upgraded the filing to Premium on Sep 9th.
When I check the status on Sept 13th, I get the following message.

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Please let me know if you are familiar with this message.

The same thing happened with me. receipt date for regular processing: 15th april. upgraded to premium on 15th august. recieved approval email on 23rd august. between the period of 15th and 23rd, the online status message will show that the receipt number was not found. i tried calling the National Customer Service Center and they said they needed to talk to my lawyer to provide further details. what you can do is call the VSC. they have a special number for providing status on premium processing cases. its not a 800 number.(cant find it on the uscis site now bcoz they have some link issues, otherwise the link was http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffic...nt/aboutus.htm). if u call that number and enter ur reciept number, it will tell u the status of ur case..

This means that urs is considered for PP. You tracking number will still remain the same....

I upgraded the filing to Premium on Sep 25th.
When I check the status on October 04th, I get the following message.

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Please let me know if you are familiar with this message.
