Can RFE materials been FAXED/Emailed to BCIS?

Hi, Friends:

My status is currently RFE. The website said they MAILED a RFE notice on Sep. 6, but my lawyer has not got it by far (today is Sep. 12).

However, my lawyer said he did get a FAX version RFE on Sep. 6, which asking for my proof of Master degree in US (20,000 Exempt) and Transcript.

I want to know:

A. Is it OK to fax them the proof of degree and the transcript or Email them the scanned files instead of the original copy?

B. I plan to graduate the coming December. I have the proof that "I have finished all requirements of the degree and the degree will be given on Dec.2005", is it OK to be accepted?

When did you apply. Did you opt for premium processing under 20K VSC? I appield 20K on Sep 1st. Can you please post your details:

I dont think RFE response can be faxed. There is a specific form that needs to be used when responding to RFE's. Ask your attorney to call PP hotline and enquire.
