H4 to H1B
Gurus: One of my friend's wife who came to US on H4 which is valid until 2007. Now she got a job and she is on independent H1B.
She has plan to visit India next month. Question is: can she come on H4 visa which is stamped on her pass port and valid until 2007, or she has to go to the Embassy to get fresh H1B stamped, as she is currently on H1 and not on H4. Please share your experience. Thanks
