CEO to a Start-up
Hi All,
I am a freqeuent visitor to this portal and sure this is the starting point for many a young enterprenuers planning to start-up their own businesses in US. I am currenty in US on a H1B visa and doing consulting to a banking client and planning to have my own consultancy. I have gathered lot of required information from the forums in this portal. I have a question now- I have a friend, a US citizen, who is willing to help me in whatever way with my start-up business. Can I register a LLC on my name and have my US citizen friend as CEO of my company while he can continue working in his current job at a investment bank. I want him managing the company till the company grows up bigger and I get my own H1 transferred to my company. Please let me know if this is possible without any trouble for my friend. Thanks, VJ
