!-864 question
Hi I was wondering if they will accept my husbands income for the affidavit of support even thoguh he has ewi??My income is under the 125% his is way above and he has been the one supporting me for 6 years,,thanks

heres the story he entered without inspection in 1999 .. we haev 3 children together,we got married in nov 2004 ..we filed an I-130 and that got approved in june 05 now we are waiting to pay the visa bills and send in our affidavit of support. then we will get an interview in juarez, mexico
