Marriage during Change of Status
My I-140 has been approved and am waiting approval of my I-485. If I get married before my I-485 gets approved, can my spouse be added to my 485 application.

Yes, if she is already here before your I-485 approval.

Else you need to go through FTJ process. Check following links for FTJ info:
