Please Someone Help Me

HI FRIENDS

I AM NEW TO THIS VERY USEFUL AND INFORMATIVE FORUM. I GOT MY GC BASED ON MY WIFE'S PETITION. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO TRAVEL ALONE WITHOUT MY WIFE. DUE TO SOME REASON SHE CAN TRAVEL ONLY IN NOVEMBER. I HAVE TO TRAVEL IN OCTOBER FOR PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION.
