Wife on EAD-Starting a company in her name
Hello **** and other gurus
We are at I485 stage. My I140 is approved. I am on H1B and my wife is working for a company on EAD. I am the primary applicant and my wife is the dependant.Can I start a company in my wife's name since she is on EAD. I want to maintain my H1B status, am I right in doing that 1. Any risks involved in the same 2. Also can we do retail and IT related business under the same company's name. 3. What type of corporation we have to start and what type do we need. We just wanna do this for an additional source of income that we might be getting. Is forming a company the best way to take additional or is there a safer option than this. Your valueable inputs will be greatly appreciated Thanks
