How to apply a green card for spouse
First of all, I would like to thank you for the help.
I am a US GC holder since March 2004. My question is can I marry a non PR holder in US and apply a conditional PR for my husband to be? What is the processes/documents that I need to do and how long will it takes for him to get a conditonal PR. My second question is can I leave US while I am applying the conditioned PR for him? Pls help because my BF is coming to USA to visit me. So I would to register in USA and going back with him.
