Social Security Benefits eligiblity

I and my wife are PR. I only work and my wife doesn't work. every year I receive SS letter that indicate how much credit I earned and what is my coverage, but it doesn't say anything about my wife coverage, however we file our tax together. So does my wife is eligble for SS benefits? or should I do anything to add her for SS coverage?
Thanks for your reply,

Your wife will be eligible for social security as your dependent. If both you stay married for at least 10 yrs, she can collect the social security at her retirement age, even if both of aren't married at the time of retirement. Check at: www.ssa.gov

Plus survivors benefits - children and the spouse taking care of
children.

Some people strongly suggest the wife get a job and work
at least 10 years no matter how little the pay is as long as
4 credits a year is eanred to increase retirement benefits
