I-90 efiled have question on biometric appt
Hi all,

I had to do I-90 efile due to lost green card. Somewhere INS mentioned to have a police report for lost green card when going to the biometrics apptment, so I called up my city police dept (this is Phoenix) and asked them about it; cops said that they don't take reports on lost green card and don't hand out police reports on lost items.

What am I supposed to do?

Appreciate feedback on this.

I think you need police report if lost Card out of US and need travel permit from US consulate to take a flight to US. I-90 form instructions don’t say that you need police report if lost GC and need Police report copy at the time of biometrics . Where did you read on INS site? INS is no more it is USCIS.
