Can one send AR-11 form to AR-11 Special Regsitration address?
This way, you can sure USCIS will indeed update your address in yoru records.
In fact, the addresses for AR-11 and Ar-11 Special registration are identical except ATTention part. If you indicate Change of Address Special Registration, they will think it is a sprecial registration form and will really process it.
