Photos... Quick Question

This might sound like a silly question, but does anyone know which photo would be used on the GC? The one sent with the forms or the one taken during FP/Bio?

In our case, we had to take another set of photo during passport stamping. They used that one.

Is this a standard procedure for everyone to have their photos taken during the interview/stamping?

I heard in other threads that some people are not getting the stamp in their passport, why is that? probably is not the thread to ask for it...but I don't see other, he he
