Starting a LLC?
I want to work as an independent contractor with a home health agency. I live in Maryland and most of the clients will be in West Virginia.
1) Is LLC is the best entity for me? 2) Can I use my apartment address to file for LLC 3) Will I have to get this LLC registered in West Virginia before I start to work there? Any suggestions are grealty appreciated.
