startup LLC Question
1. I would like to know if in LLC the profit sharing ratio can be flexible between the members.(each with different ratio).
2. Can this change by project(Each project different ratio). 3. Is adding and removing members based on projects possible. 4. I see lots of companies doing the LLC incorporation through internet. Is it better to go through them?

Thanks **** for the reply.
I will take a CPA as per your suggestion. Just was trying to get answers to those questions, so that i could clear myself, if LLC will work and i can plan on how to go about with my business. Thanks.
