E-File EAD Issue

Hi Everybody,

I filed EAD renewal through on-line. I did it on 7th June in the evening. 0n 8th June I called the Customer Service Center and took an appointment for finger print and Biometrics. Got the appointment for the 9th. I did that on the 9th. Everything went smooth. After that, I did not receive anything although on-line status says, they have sent an NOA, etc. LUD never changed after 8th June.

Any ideas??? I am confused.

am in similar boat as you...i applied for EAD online on 5/26/05. called 800 number and did FP on 5/31/05. i had LUD on 5/26/05, 5/30/05,6/1/05,6/7/05,6/16/05...all the messages are same (NOA...)

so looks like u r headed in the same direction. the dates published on uscis website on 6/21/05 indicates that they are processing EAD cases as of 5/25/05 (1 day less than mine)...so I am hopeful that something is on the way here. anyone whose EAD has been approved recently can shed more light...what does the sequence of my LUD mean? think an approval is on the way? also how long does it usually take to get the physical EAD card?

They are currently processing I-765 with receipt notice date of 04/25/05 not 05/25/05 as of 6/21/05.
you can further see the thread that is in my signature to have a rough estimate...since both paper filed and e-filed takes pretty much the same time.

my bad...i was talking abt (c) (9) category where EAD is based on pending 485 (employment based) for which it is 5/25/05 in TSC.
