130 and 864 quick question
(scenario: US citizen sponsering parents using CP)
is 864(affidivit) filed with I-130 together ? Or 864 would be needed/presented only interveiw time at Consulate? It would be nice if anyone can post list of 130 supporting doc in detail plz Thanks
