Grren Card holder but living out of US
Hi, to all.
My wife and daughter green card holder but we all living out of US from last 2 yrs, she applied for returning resident visa after 14 months of out time from US at embassy but they refused her, now her brother (US citizen) wants to apply a petion for her. How much time it will take to complete the process and she can go to US.
