venture capitalist to fund my company
Hi,
I understand that you need to have salary to be paid in order to hire and sponsor H1 visa for your new company. In that case, can I seek a venture capitalist for my company and apply for transfer of my H1 ? Do you think that would improve my chances of H1 getting approved from my new company ?
