Citizenship baed on marriage
Ok My questions is, If You were granted Permemnt GC on may 1 2005, when you can apply for citisenship given you are still married?

You can apply after 3 years, provided you have been physically present in the country at least 30 month total (meaning, if you've been traveling it should not exceed 6 month of time spent outside of the US)

SO, the answer is ,- May 1st 2008.

actually, you can apply after 2 years and 9 months.
