How Long Is The Wait?
Dear ALL;
My mother (United State Citizen) filed for my green card in September 2003. I am married and 29 yr old working with H1B Visa status. How long it will take to get greencard through petition by my mother? It was filed with California Service center. Thanks.

you will see the visa # avaiable
hey check the visa buletin to see how long you still have to wait , i beleive that tey are in april 8 which is the last cutoff filing date for aplication received from that periode and the visa demand for the month of june .

Since you are an adult married son/daughter of a USC you fall into category 3. Currently they are processing applicants with a priority of jan 1998 and before
