do i need a waiver to re-enter the states ?
hello all
I was ordered to voluntarily leave the county in 1999, for some reason I couldn’t leave at the time, I left on my own in January 2003. I am married now to an American citizen, do I need a waiver to re-enter the states again? Thanks very much.. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

yes you will DEFINETLY need a waiver
also the fact that you didnt leave after being order to will cause additional scrutiny and could result in your waiver being declined
